Movement, ritual, and real connection held in the Costa Rican jungle.
Over the course of six immersive days, you’ll experience pilates, yoga, and soul-rooted practices that bring you back into your body.
You'll spend time in nature, connect with a group of intentional women, and carve out space to breathe again on your own terms.
We created In Her Body because we were craving something more honest. We wanted movement with meaning, rest that actually restores, and connection that doesn’t come with a filter.
We needed a space where we could put everything down for a moment: a space where we could be seen, supported, and reminded of who we are underneath the noise.
So we built it… for ourselves, and now for you. This isn’t about becoming someone else: it’s about remembering who you’ve been all along.

Vic is a NASM-certified personal trainer, yoga teacher (RYT-500), and wellness guide whose work blends strength, spirituality, and raw honesty. Born in New York, she still calls it home, though her love for travel shapes much of her perspective. A Libra with a deep connection to water and nature, she finds peace and inspiration in both. With a background in modeling, movement, and holistic health, Vic empowers women through intentional practice, self-trust, and confidence. She lives by the words of Khalil Gibran: “Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls; the most massive characters are seared with scars.”
